1. How do I get there?
It is easy to reach us from any part of the city, due to our great transport links. Please check out our direction and map page.
2. Can I smoke and drink alcohol in Amazing Hostel?
Sorry, you cannot. We are a non-smoking hostel. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Hostel’s building.
Please note: the Hostel is not a party place or place of amusement, the Hostel provides accomodation place for every tourists, so we kindly inform you that the ALCOHOL should be consumed only in MODERATION at the hostel, with the agreement of the hostel manager.
As we are located in the Hearth of Budapest, there are a lot of entertainment facilities in our neighbourhood, as good as walking distance, in a few minutes, we can recommend you a number of local pubs, clubs, discos, bars, cafes and restaurants where you can go out.
3. Is there a check out time at the Amazing Hostel?
Yes,there is. It's 10.00 am. Room cleaning starts at 10 am.
Late check-outs may be available upon prior arrangement; please liaise with the Management team to discuss this option.
3. Is there curfew?
No, there is neither curfew nor lockout. We only ask you to respect our guests and neighbors in the house, and minimize the noise if returning late.
For the composure and quietude of our neighbours we ask you to keep silent in the outdoor area of the hostel (corridor and staircase) after 10pm.
4. Can I use my own sleeping bag?
We provide each bed with absolutely clean linens and bed sheets, so that we ask you not to use your sleeping bag.
5. Are towels, sheets and blankets included in the price?
Yes, all beddings and towels are provided for you, and the price includes these.
6. Are there any laundry facilities?
Yes, we have washer and drier on site for a small extra charge.
Laundry facilities are avaliable from 8 am to 6 pm.
7. Can I leave my bags at the hostel after I have checked out?
Yes,you can. We have lockers where you can leave your luggage.
8. Is there any internet facility?
Yes, you can use our free internet.
9. What is the check in time?
The check in time is continuous. As soon as the rooms are ready, you can occupy them.There is no problem if you arrive late, because the reception works all day and night.
10. Can I use my credit card?
Sorry you cannot. You have to pay in cash when you arrive at the reception.
11. What can I do If I lost my key for the locker?
At the check in - all guests will be given linen, towel and key for the locker. These items are the properties of the Amazing Hostel and they have to be returned on check out. If any of the items are lost or damaged in the hostel we have to chargre the value of the item. Management reserves the right to collect 20EUR deposit /person (from the group). The deposit is refundable upon check-out if everything remains in a good condition in your room (and in the hostel) during your stay.
